1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS
These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Yes We Are Mad Group, Inc. ("Mad", "we", "us", or "our") regarding your use of our website and related platforms ("Site").
We are registered in the State of Florida, United States, with our principal office in Dania Beach, Florida.
By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, discontinue use immediately.
2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All content, including designs, concepts, visuals, copy, and materials ("Content"), are owned by or licensed to Mad and protected under U.S. and international laws.
No content may be reused commercially without prior written consent.
Client-specific work is governed by separate agreements (e.g., SOWs), which may override this clause where applicable.
3. USER REPRESENTATIONS
You represent that:
You are at least 18 years old
You will not use the Site for unlawful purposes
You will not attempt unauthorized access or automation
4. FEES AND PAYMENT
Mad operates primarily through project-based and retainer agreements.
All terms, fees, and billing schedules are defined in client agreements or SOWs.
All payments are in USD unless otherwise agreed.
5. CANCELLATION
Termination terms are governed by the applicable contract or SOW.
6. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
Users may not:
Attempt to breach security systems
Misuse content or data
Use the Site for fraudulent or illegal purposes
7. USER GENERATED CONTRIBUTIONS
The Site does not primarily support user-generated content.
If content is submitted (e.g., via forms), you grant Mad the right to use it for operational purposes.
8. CONTRIBUTION LICENSE
Any feedback or submissions may be used by Mad without compensation, unless otherwise agreed.
9. SUBMISSIONS
All submissions become Mad's property unless otherwise contractually defined.
10. U.S. GOVERNMENT RIGHTS
Services are classified as "commercial items" under applicable U.S. regulations.
11. SITE MANAGEMENT
We reserve the right to:
Monitor usage
Restrict access
Remove content
12. TERM AND TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate access at any time for violations or misuse.
13. MODIFICATIONS AND INTERRUPTIONS
We may update or discontinue the Site at any time without liability.
14. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
15. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Informal resolution: 30 days
Arbitration:
Handled under AAA rules

16. CORRECTIONS
We reserve the right to correct errors or omissions at any time.
17. DISCLAIMER
The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
Mad is not liable for errors, interruptions, or third-party actions.
18. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
Mad is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of revenue or data.
19. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify Mad against claims arising from misuse of the Site or breach of these Terms.
20. USER DATA
We may store and process data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Users are responsible for their own data integrity.
21. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS
You consent to receive communications electronically, including agreements and notices.
22. MISCELLANEOUS
These Terms represent the full agreement regarding Site use.
If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
